Purchases

Prices are in Peruvian soles. Each piece is shaped and decorated by hand in Raqchi: color and size may vary slightly from the photo.

Your order is confirmed when we verify the payment (Yape, Plin or bank transfer) with the transaction number you entered. Until then it shows as "pending verification".

Orders shipped outside Peru, or with pieces quoted separately, are registered without payment. We send you a quote over WhatsApp and the order is confirmed once it is paid.

If a piece sells out after your purchase, we let you know over WhatsApp and offer another piece or a refund.

We issue an electronic receipt (boleta) or invoice (factura), as you choose at checkout.

Exchanges and returns

You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, if the piece is unused and in its packing. You pay the return shipping, unless the piece arrived damaged.

Workshop bookings

Bookings are not paid on this website: we confirm the date and price over WhatsApp or email.

If you need to change the date or cancel, let us know at least 48 hours in advance.

Privacy

We only ask for the data needed to handle an order (name, phone, email, ID and shipping address), a workshop booking or a complaint sheet. We use it only for that, and we do not sell it or share it for advertising.

The data is stored in Firebase, a Google service, on servers in the United States. Only the Sañu team can see it, from a password-protected panel.

Your cart is stored in your browser (local storage), not on our servers. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The workshop map is from Google Maps and only loads if you ask for it; Google's privacy policy then applies.

We keep order data for as long as tax rules require, and booking data for one year.

Under Peru's Personal Data Protection Law (Law 29733), you can ask to access, correct or delete your data by messaging us on WhatsApp.
