We ship from the workshop in Raqchi to anywhere in Peru. For other countries, we quote each shipment over WhatsApp.

Each order pays a single rate: the one for its largest piece. Each product page shows the parcel size of the piece.
Outside Peru
Choose "Outside Peru" at checkout. We register the order without payment and send you the shipping cost over WhatsApp, based on the country and the weight and size of the pieces.
Pieces quoted separately
Because of their size, these pieces need special packing and their shipping is quoted over WhatsApp, also within Peru:
- Aríbalo (giant 80 cm)
- Kero (giant)
Packing
Each piece is wrapped separately in paper and bubble wrap, inside a box with padding that keeps it from moving.
Tracking
When we ship your order, we send you the carrier and tracking number over WhatsApp.
If a piece arrives broken
Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving the parcel, with photos of the box and the piece. We send you the same piece or refund its price.
